Currently we use a topological sort, but 'equivalent' commits could be sorted in arbitrary order. We should use commit date as a tie-breaker.
Looks like this is only in the log view -- note that the last page of the allura log contains stuff from less than a month ago. Investigate and fix.
Discussed this with Rick and determined it should be backlogged.
