#1710 Ticket comment textarea has a horizantal scroll but no scrollbar?

Perhaps a padding issue? Seen in Chrome, not tested in Firefox/IE/Safari.
Only saw while commenting on an existing artifact, doesn't appear to be a problem on the ticket creation screen.
Ignore, no coffee yet. I had resized the textarea (webkit) and completely forgotten about it.
