I'm trying to get an svnnotify commit hook working on my new Allura-based project.
The svnnotify script that's installed on the repository server complains "Cannot find sendmail and no "--smtp" option specified".
So I tried to use the project web mail capability, and then svnnotify bombs, complaining:
Can't locate Net/SMTP_auth.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 .) at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/SVN/Notify.pm line 2361.
Would it be possible to get any of the following?
a) Documentation of what smtp setup(s) are usable with svnnotify under Allura
b) Modify the installed svnnotify so that it defaults to a working smtp server
c) Dependencies installed so that we can use prwebmail
I think any of these would solve the problem.
