Currently, user projects are created whenever a user first logs in. In order to limit the number of empty user projects created in LDAP and alexandria, I would prefer they be created when they would actually be used ie:

  • the user goes to /u/USERNAME
  • they press a fork button

If anyone else goes to the /u/username space before the project is created, it should just give a 404 error.
