Within each project, look for app configs with duplicate ordinals. Expand those to be unique ordinals (with Home being first, if it's one of them). Push other existing ordinals to higher values if needed. Also needs to watch out for string ordinals and change them to ints.

Handle wrapped project names better on cards

On lists of projects (e.g. neighborhood pages) the cards show project titles but they can easily be 2 or 3 lines long, and that pushes stuff down in the card funny. Change the h2 to something like "line-height: 1.2em" and make sure it works and doesn't break anything else.

A collection of documents with fields: timestamp, event type (string), user, project, neighborhood, app, request dict. I think strings would be better than objectid references for user, project, neighborhood, and app. That'll make insertion from non-allura sources easier, and reporting too.

For a few weeks now, I've been getting a 500 error (melty anvil) on this page: https://sourceforge.net/auth/prefs/ This only happens on my 'ctsai' account, that page works fine on my test users. I suspect that the page errors out due to the large number of subscriptions I have on my 'ctsai' account (from all the support tickets I submit).

See comment - these should all show up with some separation. There is no space between them now, which makes it hard to read when they are full sentences, and is a deviation from the sftheme styleguide: https://sourceforge.net/about/styleguide We should remove what's overriding.

When saving a record to solr, fieldname_i: None will cause problems (it saves the string "None" but needs an int). We should raise an exception for those. Also look for other solr data types where similar problems could occur, and do the same.

The subject should be the same for new tickets and updated ones (e.g. "[allura:tickets] #1930 Fix busted Google Adwords CSS") In the body, the first few lines above the summary aren't needed, since they're already in the summary. E.g. this bit: ~~~~ Ticket 1937 has been created: Comments' "Link" link is wrong Created By: Dave Brondsema (brondsem) ~~~~ Lastly, it might be nice to put the custom fields (e.g. milestone, component) in the summary but that might get real long.

We should be able to specify acls that are additive as well as subtractive. To that end, we should update the acl structure to be a list of permission grants and revocations. An ACL will consist of a list of tuples of the form (ALLOW/DENY, *principal*, *permission*). *principal* will be a ProjectRole. *permissions* is string, which may be *, indicating all permissions. The has_access() will examine each tuple in the acl, followed by the "parent security context" acl, looking for a match with the current principal and the requested permission. If it finds a match, it uses the ALLOW/DENY field to determine whether the principal has the requested access. This terminates the list traversal. If it traverses both lists and doesn't find a match, it defaults to DENY. The parent security contexts are as follows: * Artifact => App * Project => parent Project There will be special logic to allow neighborhood admins to have any and all permissions for artifacts/tools/projects in their neighborhood. Also as part of this ticket, project permissions are simplified and neighborhood permissions now delegate to the --init-- project for that neighborhood.
