The project news and the related RSS feed on Sourceforge are not synchronized. If a comment is added to a news, this comment remains in the RSS feed even when removed. If a news is completely deleted, it remains in the RSS feed anyway. 

See my project as as example. News:
https://sourceforge.net/p/podcastgen/news/
and related Feed (contained comments and news that I deleted):
https://sourceforge.net/p/podcastgen/news/feed

This should be solved for the sake of coherence. The RSS news feed of a project should be always in sync with the actual news section.
