For comments, it is possible to have moderation.
It would be nice to have it for ticket creation as well, because
 * Spammers can create new tickets for their garbage.
 * Trolls and mischievous people can use new tickets for their ugly hobby/profession.

Yet, it is nice to be possible to get feedback from all users, not only from registered sourceforge users (which are far more likely to be a techie than the average software users.

You need some input checking for milestone names.
I tried to use character plus '+' in my milestone name: v1.0+
and the link for that milestone stopped working.
