Each diff line is now colored as long as the longest line or atleast the width of the div

This is looking good, but a few issues:

if the lines are short, there doesn't need to be any horizontal scrollbar, but this change causes one to appear

can you put this on the full commit page too? (both the commit page and individual file diff pages have a similar display)
