- drop the period and this font color should be 4D4D4D and bold
- table column titles should be: # Summary Milestone Status Owner
- Do not show a link color. The whole row is clickable but for contrast the text should be black
- Subscribe is selected by default? The selected state should be a reverse gradient of the titlebar. Also we seem to be missing bulk edit and RSS.
- Lowercase these section titles and make sure they link when appropriate - like this should point to all milestones

I did all of these except adding the link in #6 because not all milestone custom fields have a custom page (Milestone is special). Also, the link is available as "Edit Milestones" for an admin.
