#1078 Description textarea during artifact edit is mis-sized
Clicking "Edit" on https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/tickets/1029 , I get description textarea just dozen of pixels high, no content seen. Clicking within it, it expand to have around dozen of text lines. But there're more content in that ticket's description, and it's not possible to scroll it with either cursor keys or mouse (FF3.0/Linux).
Duplicate, and fixed.
