In the edit->preview view, the formatting is incorrect. In the normal wiki view, this problem does not show up.

Confirmed for that specific page
This issue is due to some css that adds additional styling to an ol inside a form which they happen to be using on this page. The content is inside a form when they preview, but not on the live page. This css has been removed in the new theme. I am going to go ahead and close this ticket since it'll be fixed automatically once the new theme is live.
