Currently only tickets have this feature. Should not be that much work. Please. We're going online and this is important.

There are already RSS feeds for individual threads, however the RSS feeds for each forum do not appear to be working (the RSS link just points to the discussion forum itself, not an actual feed). eg. the RSS icon in the right of the black bar here: https://sourceforge.net/p/aq-ogc-services/discussion/general/

Additionally, the pages should utilize the feed autodiscovery features for browsers (so the presence of an RSS feed is shown in the URL bar for browsers that support it)
