#129 Defaults for tracker select fields

Would be nice if in addition to creating a list of select items, you could also mark one as default. In our case for priority, it would be good to have high/medium/low in that order, but with low or medium as the default.

For now I'd suggest just marking them this way:
where the starred item is the default.
