- need balanced padding
- This button should have a reply arrow on the left

- Actions missing? It appears we moved them to the left but that would be inconsistent with how we do things elsewhere. We need to be consistent. having them on the left is fine but they should be a box specific to the ticket and seperate from adding forum and creating a topic
