It's a little better regarding borders in IE9.

    The borders were removed by the @deboss plugin, and have been fixed. The arrow is a little more complicated, since it's just a square span with 2 borders rotated. Looking at jquery plugins to fix that now.

    • service restart httpd
    • Validate that the top_nav has top/right/left borders in IE8
    • Verify that the arrow class span now horribly points upwards like some brain dead seagull after smashing into a 18 wheeler (also in the ticket comment box, it points to the left now)
