#1402 Modify notification e-mails so bounce msgs are not sent to the ticket updater

I recently added a comment to a ticket which Daniel Hinojosa was monitoring. It looks like the notification e-mail sent to him bounced, and I ended up getting the "mail delivery failed" msg, since my e-mail address is in the From: field.
