#1479 Markdown Syntax Guide should show example for strikethru

Strikethru is useful and sufficiently often used formatting (TODO lists, etc,), it should be explicitly mentioned in markdown help. I previously made such change, and I found that markdown doesn't have special syntax for strikethru, but works (which is HTML5 tag).
