#1482 Ming should allow ordered compound indexes

Ming forces the order for all indexes to be pymongo.ASCENDING For single indexes that is fine, a reverse sort gets you descending. But for compound indexes, reversing will reverse both. You might want to specify the index to be a mix of ASC and DESC for multiple fields of the compound key.
