I think this has also happened with the adobe neighborhood wiki projects page which had a png file which I have uploaded replacements for several times.

remove a tracker or blog tool

attachments should still be there

I tested with and without this patch and also searched for other cases of '.query.remove(' to find any that did not have a dict. This patch seems to fix every case. Closing
