#1671 Setting access rights for personal project [18200]

Cannot administrate my personal project (MyProject at https://sourceforge.net/u/kausel). When I started getting difficulties to administrate this project I wanted to delete it with the intention to create a new one from scratch. As it was not possible to delete it (message like: cannot delete as long as someone is administrating the project) I removed my access rights hoping that it then would be deleted. I was mistaken, I just locked me out completely. Please reinitialise that project to the default state (or delete it)

I tried removing and re-adding kausel to his user project, but he apparently still can't manage it, even though (as far as I can tell) his permissions in the web GUI look correct.

    I made some changes that fixed 500 errors when accessing projects with certain permission configuration issues. So you can ask the users to try again.
