#1753 Editing wiki w/o change comments is uncomfortable
I don't know like everyone, but lack of wiki change comments in Allura make wiki editing rather uncomfortable for me. That's of course because history is almost useless w/o comments. Comments are also useful moderation device, a heuristic to assess quality of contribution.
