#1920 Funny bug: adding a developer with empty name to allura project [18721]

when adding a developer with an empty name (by mistake) to a project, the project's home shows this developer with empty name which will lead to http://sourceforge.net/u// :-)
Even more funny: It shows a random link (probably from some other user) each time you reload the project's home.
It should not be allowed to add any admin/developer/admin with an empty name.

Mitigated with other updates on the permissions page.
