The subject should be the same for new tickets and updated ones (e.g. "[allura:tickets] #1930 Fix busted Google Adwords CSS")
In the body, the first few lines above the summary aren't needed, since they're already in the summary. E.g. this bit:
Ticket 1937 has been created: Comments' "Link" link is wrong Created By: Dave Brondsema (brondsem)
Lastly, it might be nice to put the custom fields (e.g. milestone, component) in the summary but that might get real long.
