#1946 Failure in purge_project.py script

Several projects have failed to purge due to the error cited in my attached traceback.

I checked these projects via ".../purge_project.py PROJECT test", which reports that these projects do not exist. If there is any manual cleanup of data that needs to be done to handle the bits that didn't process, let me know.

    • to test, run allurapaste script production.ini ../scripts/purge_project.py myprojectname
      • note: you have to watch out for return code == 2, or watch allura.log for project name not found - nothing is printed to stdout for that error
    • it shouldn't raise an exception
    • for production cleanup, we can re-run with "deleted-GROUPID" as name and it'll find the associated data and clean it up
