The Preview button should be placed (also) at bottom.
Imagine you write a lot of text and want to preview it...

If it looks to cluttered, investigate only making it appear when textarea gets large

Added additional Preview/Edit button at bottom of the markdown widget. I don't think it looks too cluttered, and I think it might be more confusing to the user if the button were appearing/disappearing as the size of the textarea changed. Just my opinion though - if others disagree I will revisit.
