https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/ticket/19266
From this page:
https://sourceforge.net/p/scipad/svn
there is a "Browse commit" button in the left margin, which is driving to:
https://sourceforge.net/p/scipad/svn/commit_browser
but this page is empty whereas there are currently 231 commits in my project.
That page is working for me in FF4, but in IE8 I don't see the actual commits.
If this isn't going to be fixed for IE, I feel that the page should at least inform the users that it doesn't work for IE instead of just appearing broken.
This page uses HTML5 canvas which isn't supported in IE. The page is a different view of the commit info. https://sourceforge.net/p/scipad/svn/ and its log page shows the same information.
The svn history page doesn't render well in FF right now. We're aware of that and will fix soon
If it's not going to be supported in IE, could we at least put a notice up for IE users? So they're not just getting a non-working page without explanation?

Dave, let me say that I second Chris' request. Can you do something?
The feature appears just plainly broken under IE.
Diff:
I'm re-opening this ticket for eval of the possibility to just show a notice. Description edited as such too.

I think I remember having seen that notice saying that commit browser doesn't work in IE8 but I can't see it anymore.
Reopen?

Notice disappeared. Should reopen...
Notice is back now that we've sorted out other commit_browser issues.
