#2104 SF2.0: can't edit search bins in IE [19287]

one is supposed to be able to edit search bins by clicking on the pen-looking icon on the left of each line.
But clicking on this icon does not seem to trigger any action or new page.
This seems to work in FF4, but doesn't work for me in IE8. Likewise, the "Add Bin" button doesn't work for me in IE8 either (though it does in FF4)
