#2138 Update repos to take advantage of new repo cache data
The new data provided in allura/model/repo.py should be used in rendering all the repo views. Once this is done and all repo data is backfilled, we should stop computing repo cache data the old way and remove the obsolete code from allura/model/repository.py as well as the repo-specific models.
