#2177 Make sure that the project default icon in the projects macro doesn't get redirected
On https://sourceforge.net/adobe/wiki/Projects/, note that the project default icon is getting cdn-ified and then anti-spam redirect-ified. We should make sure that CDN urls that point to our own assets don't get redirect-ified by the markdown processor.
