To test, log in as admin1 and go to /p. Create a Wiki tool, then create a new wiki page with title "Page1" and save the page. Now edit the page and change the title to "Page2" and save.
Now run 'mail' in your sandbox terminal and confirm that the last message looks like this:

(Make sure it doesn't say "renamed Page2 to Page1".)
