It's only needed for mim and a pain to install (e.g. on OSX lots of custom steps - see last on http://davisp.lighthouseapp.com/projects/26898/tickets/20-install-and-build-problem-on-mac-os-x-105-and-python-26)

    QA: pip install Ming, run tests. Some should fail (mapreduce). Installing python-spidermonkey should fix the failures.
