It may be a case of solr not updating fast enough, but the ticket bin counters often don't match the results. For example, my bin says I have 3 tickets, but when I click it, there's only 1. There was 2 a minute ago, 1 disappeared, and there was no e-mail update, shrug.

#2368One other issue I noticed is that the counts include private tickets, which anonymous users can't see. I was confused when I was logged out and saw 6 tickets in my bucket but only 3 in my search results. Not sure how we want to handle private tickets for bucket counts.
