sfx has an audit trail for changes that impact the project in general (i.e. permissions changes, general high level config changes, etc.). This is a necessary component of tracking down whether problems are systemic or local to the project; but also so that support can compare what the user is stating against reality for enforcement actions. i.e. I added johnny to my project as an admin, but then he booted all of us from the project and took it over and I want my access back and johnny booted.
