#2855 Incorrect error message from registration page [21801]

I tried in vain to create an account, but the 'register' screen kept telling me 'Username must start with a letter'. I had typed in 'Drakkie', so I couldn't see what was wrong.
Apparently the error message should be 'Username must start with a lowercase letter', because after several attempts I tried 'drakkie' and it did work.
But boy, it was frustrating. Can you fix this so others don't just give up?
I thought I had logged this issue before, but I can't seem to find it again. Anyway, I've confirmed this issue in production.
Changed the message (via our "Invalid Names" sfx admin page)
