#2912 Default tickets search "Changes" for new projects has invalid function

Default "Tickets" created for new projects have two saved searches called "Changes" and "Open Tickets". However they have the same search function "!status:wont-fix && !status:closed". I'm guessing the "Changes" search has invalid function, accidentally copied from "Open Tickets" function.
I observed this with new project castle-engine created on 2011-08-18. I can't tell if this is still reproducible --- I don't want to spam you by creating new projects just to test this. But maybe you guys can test it and eventually fix if needed, new projects will be happy :)
Of course workaround is easy, you can just delete or change the "Changes" search function, so this isn't too high priority.
The "Changes" search is the same criteria, but it also sorts by last modified.
