#2968 Wiki should link directly to main wiki page
A wiki link in the menu and wiki URLs in sitemap.xml should go directly to the main wiki page, rather than going to /wiki/ which then redirects to /wiki/Allura Wiki/ (for example). Keep the redirect, just update the menu/sitemap to go straight to the final page.
