#305 Wrong protocol in ticket's URLs email updates

I am getting ticket notification and they have URLs like this:

Ticket URL: http://newforge.sf.geek.net/p/forge/tickets/86/
}}}
It should be https instead of http

In production both http and https will work, https will require login, and http will not. So I don't think this is a high priority ticket.
