Authorized users can create "awards" (see [#72] / CLOSED)
- Awards can be attached to projects (see [#73] / CLOSED)
- Awards can be attached to users (see [#73] / CLOSED)
- Users can be given titles by the system (needs subticket)
Awards should have their own collection in the global forge mongo database. (see [#72] / CLOSED)
We may want to dupe award information on the user and project records as well. (see [#74])
We should be able to display awards on an awards page (see [#73] / CLOSED), and as badge on the user profile page (see [#74]), and the project dashboard (see [#73] / CLOSED).
