#3122 Disable email notifications for git updates + others?

I opened up a new project yesterday and noticed that every time I make a change to the project at sf.net, or push new code to its git repository, I get an email about it. I'd love to have that not happen. Perhaps a flag that I could set which would only give me email notifications for changes which I didn't do?
You can change your subscriptions in Allura at https://sourceforge.net/auth/prefs/ we are still working on making that page more user friendly, with per-tool sections,and easy unsubscribe all buttons, but there is at least something there already.
