#3171 Make milestone custom fields renameable
This appears to work, but doesn't do the right thing with tickets. If you change the name of a milestone custom field in the admin UI, it'll work, but tickets with that milestone won't get updated. Renames do work properly for individual milestones, but not for milestone custom fields.
