#32 Create "stats" plugin

Two parts:
- Create the stats display plugin
- Update apps so that they output stats
This is what would be needed if we were to do something like create a distribution plugin to the new forge that's not run as a separate app. This would allow us to collect stats on large volumes of pages. For simpler stats gathered in mongo, there's not as much of a compelling reason to have a stats plugin.

For beta2 I would at least like logging -- preferentially to DStats, but rtstats will work if we can't get dstats functional in the timeframe allowed.
