In my project castle-engine, I deleted three forums "macaulaytippins", "Arrockevark", "Jaxeffere". (These forums were created by someone abusing the security problem explained in #3283.) I don't want normal users to even see these weird forum names. However, on the page http://sourceforge.net/p/castle-engine/discussion/ , the deleted forum names and links are still visible in the left sidebar, even when I'm not logged in (see attached screenshot).
I would actually prefer to delete these forums permanently, to not even see them as admin... So an option to "delete permanently" would also solve my problem.

QA: Install Discussion tool. Create a new forum. Observe that the forum is displayed on the sidebar and on the Discussion tool homepage. Click Admin Forums in the sidebar. Delete the forum (make sure you get a JS confirmation dialog). Observe that the forum is no longer displayed on the admin page, in the sidebar, or on the Discussion tool homepage.
