I notified jon of this already, but the report from adobe is:
2) Ticket plug-in: Using the "update this ticket" or "edit ticket" buttons results in Error 500, but editing in the ticket view itself works.

This is due to a bug in easy widgets which is fixed, so the 500 error will go away when easy widgets is updated.
