I have pushed some code to HG repository and was able to do a pull successfully. However, code section of my project shows no files in the repository, only the commit comment.

Any idea on what might be causing this and/or ways to fix it?

Unlike [#2698], this one doesn't seem to be stuck at the "analyzing" phase, it just doesn't show anything.
