#3596 Add a download archive option for repos
User feedback:
- When I browse my git repository as a user with the SF web interface,
there's no option to download an archive of the entire repository. I
really wish this existed, as it's very convenient to check out someone
else's code without cloning their repository, or to generate packages
for CPAN (in my specific case).
A good idea, but not a priority yet.
