#3601 Export control questions are "scary"
The export controls area was described as "scary" during user testing and seemed to take new project admins a while to figure out. Would it be possible to make this simpler? Perhaps the radio options could say "This project uses encryption" and "This project does not use encryption" with a link called "Why are we asking this?" at the bottom that has the full legalese and explains the law requirements we have to comply with. Even if we keep the full legalese here, I think the "Why?" link would be helpful because they both asked me why that was there.
We recently redid the export control options, and I think it's about as simple and helpful as is possible.
