#3602 Changing nav between project homepage and allura tools is confusing
The different nav between allura and sfpy was confusing to new project admins. As long as we plan on keeping the project homepage in sfpy and the tools in allura, this is going to be a problem. Can we fix this somehow? If the navs can't be unified, there should at least be a way to link to the project homepage from within the allura nav on a new project.
