#3653 Ticket references not working (for low numbers?)
See https://sourceforge.net/p/test-brondsem0/tickets/2/?limit=100 Ticket references don't start working until 25. Also the second comment has a reference to #100 which should've worked.
This also is happening on https://sourceforge.net/p/p4allura/tickets/6/
This is working properly now on the given examples.
