#385 allow for adobe.sourceforge.net to access the adobe neighborhood

We may need to use the adobe.sourceforge.net domain to host the adobe neighborhood. This means:
- as a user, if I want to see pages in the Adobe.sourceforge.net neighborhood I see the adobe neighborhood theme. This includes all products, not just Forge.
- as a user, I would like to log in on SourceForge.net, and stay authenticated on Adobe.sourceforge.net
- as a user, all references to non-adobe related content have the correct "sourceforge.net" url and appear in the old site.
