As a user, I would like to be able to use Chrome to enter tickets in the "new tickets" page. I would like to use tab for field-focus navigation.
Google chrome allows for tab-navigation of links, so anywhere there is a mark-it-up form, you have to row through ~12 tabs to get to the actual textbox. It's rather annoying if you like mouse-free data entry
